Site blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island among the images.
Additionally included in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section identifying various sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Further images disclosed as part of the continuing investigative process.
